What will I be doing?

At Hilton, you will experience how digital transformation really happens in a multi-national company that takes pride in human-centric technology. As a digital intern, you will play a part to automate workflows and create apps in the Microsoft Power Platform. You will also help to create the next level consumer experiences with Open AIs newest technology - ChatGPT. With the guidance of digital product leader and software development veterans, you will explore the possibilities of contextual and multi-lingual Chatbot and walk away this internship with highly valuable and desirable digital planning and delivery skills.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

• Understand and explore the current possibilities and limitations of AI Chatbot
• Provision a knowledgebase in Microsoft Azure thats OpenAI ready
• Train the AI chatbot to ensure quality and expected output
• Interface and communicate with cross departmental stakeholders on their automation plans
• Document stakeholder workflow and automate their workflow in the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
• Create design diagrams and process flow diagrams and align team deliverables

An APAC digital Intern serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. In this role, you will

• Explore with the hottest tech tool, ChatGPT, and other automation tools (Microsoft Power Platform) under the supervision of product and technology leaders
• Solve real world problems through logical and analytical thinking
• Learn to automate workflows and create low code Power Apps
• Work with data to uncover new insights and opportunities
• Sharpen your communication skills to a diverse set of stakeholders
• Grow independently and as a team through both face-to-face and remote work
