Job PurposeThe Digital Learning Designer creates, develops, and manages digital learning materials and experiences to support SMRT\'s training and development initiatives. He/she works closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology teams to design engaging and effective e-learning content. The role involves content development, multimedia production, technology integration, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure high-quality digital learning experiences. Additionally, the designer stays updated with emerging technologies, optimizes learning materials for various platforms, and ensures continuous improvement through feedback and performance data analysis.
