We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing & Administration Executive to help grow our brand and support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM (Google Ads) and SEO strategies, to drive traffic and patient inquiries. Create engaging content (posts, videos, newsletters, blogs) to boost online presence. Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and trends.

Administrative Support

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. Coordinate clinic appointments, activities, meetings and related events. Assist in inventory management and procurement. Handle patient inquiries and feedback professionally.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Graduate Diploma also accepted). Proven experience in digital marketing, SEM, and SEO preferred Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and familiar with key social media platforms. Knowledge of photo/video editing and website management required Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.

Salary & Benefits
