Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and proactive

Marketing Assistant

with a strong passion for beauty and social media to support the marketing initiatives of our hair salon. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create compelling content, manage digital platforms, and build brand presence through strategic collaborations with influencers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with salon staff to produce high-quality content (photos, videos, stories, reels) that showcases our services, stylists, and customer experiences. Develop and manage a content calendar for social media platforms including Instagram, Rednote, TikTok, and more. Tailor content strategies to suit the requirements and algorithms of each platform to maximize reach and engagement. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to build an active online community. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, track trends, and identify content opportunities. Build relationships and collaborate with content creators, influencers, and relevant beauty or lifestyle brands for co-branded campaigns and cross-promotion. Assist with brand partnerships, influencer outreach, and coordination of joint marketing activities. Manage Google Business Profile and assist in driving website traffic through effective SEO and content strategies.

Qualifications:

Aesthetic sense and creativity in photography, video, and editing. Experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or influencer collaboration (portfolio or examples preferred). Strong understanding of social media trends, platform tools, and audience engagement strategies. Knowledge of content planning tools and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated with a passion for the beauty and fashion industry. Previous experience working with influencers or brand collaborations is a strong plus.
