Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
focused on lead generation and audience engagement
Create, schedule, and publish engaging
Instagram content
(posts, stories, reels, etc.) to grow our online presence
Design and send out
EDMs (email newsletters and promotional emails)
using platforms like Canva or similar
Track and report on key marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
Requirements:
Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Strong written and visual communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram, Canva, and email marketing platforms
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Prior experience or education in marketing, communications, or design is a plus
Support the team with content creation for other platforms as needed (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Conduct basic market research to identify trends and target audience interests
Maintain and update marketing databases, leads lists, and campaign trackers
