Supporting the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing & CRM Executive will work with multi-functional teams to drive retailers, social media, CRM and ecommerce online activations for all brands. This candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of the digital media landscape in Singapore as well as a point of view on creative best practices for eCommerce, digital display, KOL, livestream, social media, and help assist the internal stakeholders on digital campaign planning.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Plan monthly social media calendar
Act as the day-to-day liaison to execute social media marketing organic and paid media plan
Plan and conduct data-driven pilots, to evolve personalization and engagement, through micro-targeting.
Work with channel and platform owners to implement new digital and retail touchpoints
Develop and execute effective livestream programme by working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales & education team)
Execute day-to-day liaison with the designated brands to deliver the best-in-class campaign assets and execution
Identify relevant KOL for respective brands and support in KOL seeding campaign
Attend to enquires on social media
Digital Media Campaign Support
Support the Marketing and Assistant Brand Manager by working on digital campaign brief and joint business plan integration
CRM
Map the customer funnel, develop an insights-led framework to understand and optimize key journey touchpoints
Key liaison and coordinate CRM operations with Beauty Advisors and POS processes, providing day to day support and trouble shoot issues as well as training on the program mechanisms
Working with agency to maintain data entry processes, upholding data hygiene/ accuracy and maintain upgrade & renewal processes
Coordinate and execute all CRM communications to members all year round, managing email marketing schedules and coordinating regional creative for local executions
Maintain & monitor customer service mailbox & follow up with relevant parties for action plans on customer service issues.
Maintain CRM & Digital campaign reporting, tracking and analytics
Facilitate and coordinate all CRM projects, campaigns to enhance retention, members' acquisition, members engagements
Integrate and synergise contents in all e-mediums that Betime embarks on (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, edms, website, etc)
Maintain shared resources, marketing materials and image libraries
e-Commerce Planning & Activation
Support the team to set up retailer.com campaigns (from time to time) and support on Betime website.com
Act as the day-to-day liaison to execute paid social media marketing plan to drive traffic to market place website during campaigns. (e.g. Lazada Brand Day, Shopee 9.9 etc)
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales and brand team), and work closely with external agencies for timely delivery of paid & earned digital campaign assets on social media platforms
Routinely audit retailer.com and marketplace for accuracy in product launches and marketing campaigns
Provide monthly post-campaign media report and explain the key business drivers
Plan monthly eDM, aligning campaigns and drive traffic to Betime website.
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and develop new initiatives
Assist in customer service inbox on marketplaces
Competitive Analysis & Reporting
Work with data monitoring like google analytics to consolidate reports and to provide summary of digital campaigns/promotions for internal stakeholders
Monitor and provide competitors digital campaigns and market trends vs Betime
Main Attributes
In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape is a must
Metrics/ROI driven and knows how to generate leads & track to close the loop
Proficiency with data: Solid analytical skills and the ability to collect & synthesize data independently
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and undefined environment
Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of work prioritization
A collaborative team player - able to work with people at all levels across the organization cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Sensitive to numbers, with an analytical mind and a desire to constantly deliver better results
An understanding of omni-channel marketing and is able to develop campaigns that span across the different customer touchpoints

Requirements
Work Experience
Min 3 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing gained from a consumer brand, eCommerce provider or digital marketing agency
Knowledge on Google SEM, SEO and Analytics.
Marketing experience in Singapore and Malaysia will be highly valuable
Experience working with FMCG/Beauty Player would be viewed favourably.
