Job Description

Developing & maintenance of digital presence of the Company's visibility in the social media & digital marketing platforms Updating & Maintenance of Company's website To prepare sales orders and invoices upon receipt of confirmed sales order. Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation Developing, maintaining and updating of management system for sales databases and sales records Collaborating with operations, service, and finance teams on sales-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in written and verbal English & Mandarin is a pre-requisite. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Apps and social media digital creator Possess excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills Understanding of sales process, preferably with Customer service/ Sales experience Self-driven mindset, genuine interest in driving projects forward and seeing them through to completion. * Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work effectively among different ethnic groups.
