Internship Overview: We are inviting applications for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Intern to join our team. If you have a basic understanding of data analytics, ROI-focused marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, and are proficient in design software like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Canva, we would love to hear from you. An ideal intern possesses good interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with Shopify, online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, and an interest in the latest social media trends and advancements, will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing and ecommerce strategies.
• Support data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Assist in optimizing website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
• Aid in the execution of SEO/SEM strategies.
• Support the management of online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.
• Help in managing the TikTok Shop channel to increase engagement and sales.
• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and developments.
• Assist in communicating with stakeholders and team members to ensure all campaigns and projects are executed smoothly and on time.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and ROI-driven strategies.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in Shopify, online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Interest in the latest social media trends and happenings.

Internship Environment:

• The selected intern will work in a team of 2-4 people.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
• This internship is office-based.
• Flexibility to accommodate unconventional work hours during major campaigns is a plus.
