(a) Marketing Materials: (30)
- Create digital content or convert existing marketing materials for distribution to Healthcare Professionals and members of the public. Marketing materials include eDMs and targeted newsletters.
- Manage projects end-to-end, working closely with the Marketing & Sales managers.
- This includes liaison with the Marketing & Sales managers to ensure brand consistency and alignment of marketing materials/messages to business goals.
- Work closely with Sales Managers in management of system & process enhancements of CRM system. Co-ordinate, liaise & close follow-ups with CRM vendor to ensure deliverables are met within timelines. Provide CRM sales force analytics.
2) Support Website Development (30%)
- Project management of corporate website development including coordination between various stakeholders, monitoring timelines and close follow-ups with content contributors and management of web development vendor.
- Contribute in the creation of digital content to boost brand awareness and the provision of value-added services to Healthcare Professionals and the public.
- Monthly reporting of website stats from Google Analytics.
- Coordinate, execute and implement Digital Transformation in other functional areas where necessary.
- Update team on digital media developments.
