About the Role

Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to generate quality leads for the sales team. Create marketing assets, track KPIs and report performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute

always-on + campaign

plans (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) Create campaign

copy/visual briefs

and marketing assets; manage content calendars Coordinate with sales on

marketing collateral

and lead handover Drive

SEO/SEM

initiatives (keywords, landing pages, on-page basics) Track and report KPIs (traffic, CTR, CVR, CPL/CPA, ROAS); propose optimisations Monitor trends/competitors and surface insights for creative and budget shifts
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

(Marketing, Communications, Business or related)

?1 year

hands-on experience in digital marketing Working proficiency with

Google Ads, SEO/SEM basics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

and

GA4

Business-level English

for ad copy, content and stakeholder communication Creative, data-driven, organised; strong teamwork and follow-through
Nice to Have

Experience building simple landing pages or using design tools (e.g.,

Canva/Adobe

) Basic CRM or marketing automation exposure
Interview
