Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Manage social media calendars and schedule regular posts that align with campaign goals
Track and analyze digital performance data to improve ROI and conversion rates
Coordinate with design and content teams to produce impactful visuals and copy
Research audience insights, competitor activity, and market trends to shape campaign strategies
Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Good copywriting and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
