Job Description
Position title : Digital Marketing Executive
(E-commerce & Social Media)
Location: Changi North Street 1
Working Days: Monday-Friday( 5 days)
Working hours : 8.30am to 6pm
Salary : $2800 to $3500
Responsibilities
Social Media
- Support and implement social media strategies and campaigns across digital platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube, to achieve brand objectives and drive engagement
- Create content for social media in line with brand guidelines
- Manage the social media calendar and publish content in a timely manner
- Handle comments, inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly in a professional manner
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify social media trends, topics, hashtags and new functions to improve and grow our brands\' social media presence
- Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate social media activities with other marketing initiatives to ensure an integrated approach
- Social media ad planning and execution
- Manage e-commerce marketplaces in accordance with brand guidelines
- Prepare and upload product listings as well as content for social media marketplaces such as Facebook/IG Shop and Tik Tok
- Maintain up-to-date products information, pricing and inventory
- Ensure functionality of the platforms on a daily basis
- Provide support for ad-hoc duties as required
