About this Job Drive the conception and execution of Rexmed social & digital marketing campaigns targeting Chinese customers, including Chinese living in Singapore who prefers Mandarin medium, Chinese tourists from China (and Taiwan), and other international Chinese visiting Singapore or living in Southeast Asia. Channels include XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book), WeChat, TikTok, and other social channels preferred by the Chinese. Campaigns will be accountable for generating a pipeline which converts to paying customers. Propose refinements/alignments to Rexmed\'s current UI (or UX if needed) to better suit Chinese consumers\' way of seeking healthcare and consuming telemedicine services.
Branding: In line with Rexmed\'s brand positioning, establish awareness and preference for Rexmed Chinese brand. This initiative is more strategic in nature, as compared to tactical digital marketing campaigns to build a pipeline.
