Plan, execute, and manage digital media content and advertisements across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
Strategize and implement SEO and SEM campaigns to increase online visibility and generate quality leads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms; optimize based on data insights.
Engage with online audiences to build brand presence and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns and convert them into enrolled students through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Organize and execute roadshows, school visits, and recruitment events to support student enrollment goals.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Conduct initial follow-up with potential leads to establish rapport before transferring to the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and campaign performance data using Excel or CRM tools.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Solid understanding of digital media platforms, SEO, SEM, and current digital marketing trends.
Experience in digital marketing and/or sales within the education industry is preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
