We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, coordinate projects, and provide ongoing support to clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
Understand clients' business goals and objectives to deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery
Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient execution
Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to clients, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients
Handle any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients
Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and deliverables
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
