About The Role

We seek a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of digital marketing and be able to create compelling copy, graphics, and videos. In this role, you will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, websites, and e-channel communications. You will also analyse campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results.

What The Job Entails

• Manage client relationships and communication for digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create compelling copy, videos, and graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, and make recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of messaging and branding.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to creative marketing strategies.

What The Role Requires

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Proficient in videography and graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in website skills on WordPress and Wix is a plus.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Possess analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to digital marketing initiatives.
