The Role: Where Creativity Meets Precision

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing & Presentation Specialist who is not only a wizard with digital campaigns but also a master of crafting expert-level PowerPoint presentations. This unique role is split between creating visually stunning, data-driven presentations for our clients and partners, and managing the day-to-day administrative and marketing operations of our business. You will be the backbone of our external communication and internal coordination, playing a pivotal role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expert PowerPoint Presentation Creation (50%)

Design and develop high-impact, professional PowerPoint presentations for a variety of purposes, including:

Client Proposals and Pitches


Investor and Partner Deck


Workshop and Seminar Materials


Internal Training Modules
Transform complex wellness concepts, data, and strategies into clear, visually engaging, and easy-to-understand slides. Ensure all presentations are on-brand, consistent, and tell a compelling story. Manage the entire presentation lifecycle, from content gathering and storyboarding to final design and delivery.

2. Digital Marketing (30%)

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to promote our wellness programs and products. Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and our blog, focusing on topics within the wellness sphere (e.g., mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, self-care). Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future strategies. Assist with basic updates and maintenance of the company website (WordPress/Wix/Shopify experience a plus).

3. Administrative Support (20%)

Provide general administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing for client appointments. Handle customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism, via email and phone. Maintain and organise digital files, records, and client databases. Assist with logistics and coordination for wellness events and workshops.

Who We Are Looking For

Must-Haves:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a

proven portfolio of expert-level PowerPoint presentations

you have created. A genuine passion for or strong interest in the

wellness, health, or lifestyle industry

. Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, colour theory, and storytelling. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Workspace. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media scheduling tools. Previous experience in a startup or SME where wearing multiple hats is the norm.
