Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO, to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyse customer behaviour on products, using various tools and techniques, to gain insights into customer preferences, trends, and buying patterns.
• Might travel overseas for business purposes
• Propose a strategic direction for our email marketing campaigns, website, and accounts on social media platforms.
• Ability to copy write captions at Facebook/ IG/ XHS, email, landing page & other marketing promotion materials
• Communicate with relevant departments and parties to ensure the use of the right tone and messaging.
• Develop, implement, and adapt marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study
• Minimum 1 year Sales experience and skills would be hugely beneficial, including influencing, negotiation and objection handling
• Experience in managing accounts on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, YouTube, TikTok etc.
• Self-motivated, independent, results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to start work immediately
