Job Description

• Manage performance marketing campaigns end to end - from strategising to executing to analysing & reporting on our digital marketing channels.

• Optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Affiliates

• Conduct regular A/B tests to improve campaign performance and gather useful insights for future applications

• Maintain weekly & monthly reports on performance marketing campaigns and provide channel analysis and actionable insights

• Regularly collaborate & coordinate across different stakeholders & business units (Communications Team, Web Merchandising Team, etc.

• You are able to start in June 2023 and are available for at least 6 months
• You are a Marketing / Business undergraduate or graduate
• You have some knowledge/experience in campaign management on different marketing channels such as Google / FB / Affiliates
• Experience in using web analytics tools & mobile attribution platforms such as GA / AppsFlyer / Adjust etc.
• You have effective communication skills
• You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• You are passionate about the e-commerce & retail industry
• You are a self-starter, resourceful, proactive with a hands-on approach
