The F&B Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities, brand campaigns, and promotional efforts to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. The intern will also assist in content creation, social media management, and event coordination for the company's outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
developing and executing marketing campaigns
(online and offline) to promote restaurant brands and products.
Support
social media management
, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
Assist in
creating marketing materials
, such as posters, menus, digital ads, newsletters, and promotional visuals.
Conduct
market research
on F&B trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
Assist in
content creation
-- photography, videography, copywriting for posts, stories, and promotional content.
Help plan and execute
events, collaborations, or influencer partnerships
.
Track and compile
marketing analytics reports
(social media engagement, campaign results, etc.).
Support the
operations team
in ensuring consistent brand representation across outlets.
Perform any other marketing or administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Passionate about
food, dining experiences, and social media trends.
Strong communication and writing skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Familiar with
social media platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and basic content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Basic knowledge of
photography, videography, or editing
is advantageous.
Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with good teamwork and willingness to learn.
* Able to commit to at least
3 to 6 months
of internship (full-time preferred).
