Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:

- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aimed at user acquisition and engagement.

- Utilize a variety of platforms, including Meta (formerly Facebook), TikTok, and other relevant channels, to reach target audiences effectively.

- Create compelling and engaging content, including visuals and copy, to maximize campaign impact.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

2. Partnerships:

- Identify potential partnership opportunities and establish relationships with local student campus groups and other relevant organizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user growth.

- Implement and manage partnership initiatives, tracking progress and adjusting tactics as needed.

3. Public Relations:

- Collaborate with PR agency to develop and execute PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.

- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.

- Monitor media coverage and provide reports on PR campaign performance.

4. Customer Support:

- Provide customer support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and collecting valuable feedback.

- Collaborate with the customer support team to enhance product knowledge and ensure consistent, positive user experiences.

- Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies based on feedback and insights.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Strong passion for digital marketing, partnerships, and public relations.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Previous marketing or related experience is a plus, but not required.

Duration:

This is a 6-months internship opportunity, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.

Location:

Full remote work.
