Aunty is a babysitting app in Singapore that connects parents to pre-vetted babysitters. Designed for busy parents, bookings can be made for the same day to 3 months in advance. Parents can search, interview and book within minutes!

The Digital Marketing Intern will develop and execute a promotional marketing plan, including advertising and digital marketing to maximize awareness and attendance with a variety of business development and marketing tasks to execute new strategies to grow our business and user base. This includes engaging with our current and future customers actively so we can better understand and cater to their needs.

• Drive market growth through the acquisition and management of partnership leads
• Help to manage end to end event experience including strategy, sales and marketing efforts, and on-ground experience
• Grow our user base on various social media platforms and increase awareness of Aunty
• Frequent collaboration and involvement in campaigns
• Manage end-to-end processes where you will need to identify and build relationships with parents and sitters
• Understand consumer insights quickly to drive acquisition and growth metrics

Requirements:

• Ability to come up with creative ideas to attract our target audience through different aspects of marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in graphic design and video production will be advantageous
• Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go the extra mile
• Superb communication and influencing skills to work with different users and stakeholders
• Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Able to work independently
