At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. Together with our partners, we inspire and empower our youth to discover boundless possibilities.As a digital marketing intern, you will be responsible for directing, shooting, editing, and developing original video and photo content for *SCAPE websites, digital and social media handles. You will also be responsible for researching on the key content ideas and implementing them across *SCAPE social and digital channels to achieve the organisation KPIs.The content creator/editor is expected to work simultaneously with the marketing communications team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. The content creator/editor will also be required to brainstorm and suggest newer ways and platforms to increase *SCAPEs programmes participation and content engagement.Key tasks & Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop video concepts and content storyboards for IG, Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms. Communicate and pitch concepts and proposals for approvals
• Support in the planning of a comprehensive annual social media content calendar and schedules, film and upload video and social media content on a regular basis.
• Monitor and track relevant social data/metrics, insights and best practices
• Ensure that all visual and video content developed is optimised for audience engagement and compliant with *SCAPE brand guidelines
• Able to commit time for event coverage over certain weekends
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

• Fundamental content creation skills in social media writing, photo editing, and video editing for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)
• Basic editing tools such as Capcut, KineMaster, Canva, Imovie, Unfold, InShot
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube
• Enthusiastic about developing and implementing captivating, unique content and content strategies
• Possess a keen interest and passion for youth development
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Understanding of Google Analytics/SEO will be a plus
