As an outsourced marketing team, we essentially function as an integral part of our clients' marketing functions which include marketing planning, execution, and analysis - yes, we are literally like a marketing department!**Work Location: On Site- In person**Full We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Assistant to support our team in strategizing and executing paid campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve campaign objectives.Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms, following strategic guidance.(Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok etc)
• Read and comprehend campaign briefs to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide direction on copywriting to ensure messaging is clear and effective.
• Collaborate with the creative team to offer input on visual design, while primarily supporting the Creative Directorxe2x80x99s vision.
• Review all creative materials, including copy and visuals, to ensure they align with campaign objectives and uphold brand integrity.
• Provide instructions for ad configuration to optimise performance.
• Monitor and analyse ad campaigns across advertising platforms, reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.

To qualify for the role:

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Foundational knowledge of business and marketing principles
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum duration of six months
• Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with Meta/Google Ad Manager
• Proficient user of various social media platforms
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
