Digital Marketing Manager

S$4,800 - S$5,800

5 days work week, 830am - 6pm / 9am - 630pm

• \xe2\x80\xa2 To work with internal stakeholders to strategize, develop and launch relevant online engagement tools and initiatives to reach out to the target audience.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage keyword and search marketing programs to drive lead generation.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that all digital and social media strategies align to the brand values through close collaboration with the brand team.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To track success of social & digital media initiatives and to ensure set KPIs are met by analysing key data, metrics and insights of respective digital media platforms.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage issues/crisis communications with regard to the social and digital media platforms.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To drive initiatives to grow email database and optimize EDM objectives like open rates, click through and conversions.

Job Requirements:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
• \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of working experience in SEM, SEO, social and/or digital media marketing environment
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven results in lead generation via Facebook Ads Manager
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in optimising lead-generation landing pages
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instgram Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified Google Analytics, Adwords or equivalent is must
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, Plug-ins
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of website and social media metrics, KPIs, analytics and insights
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior web development and management experience, research and analysis skills preferred
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with using content management systems (CMS), and content publishing
