The company delivers innovative end-to-end solutions to businesses for hardware, consumables, maintenance management, and application software.

Responsibilities:

• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor\'s share, and competitor\'s strengths and weaknesses
• Work together with cross-functional teams such as sales/business development team to forecast projected business and establish targeted market share, deadlines, and budgets
• Execute and lead planning and execution of tradeshow, conferences, seminars, event, sponsorships, and exhibitions
• Oversee and manage all existing digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media channels
• Work closely with business development team to assist in generate sales leads based on manufacturing/retail industry and optimize it
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management / Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Management (including Product Launching) are highly preferred.
• Able to work with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Salesforce (CRM), Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Business
• Strong leadership quality to lead a growing team.
• Able to work well under high pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record working with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible, Meticulous with an eye for detail.
