Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives to manage EU Holidays social media content, create engaging creatives as well as designing impactful online campaigns and themes that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and oversee the production of compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and posts.
Work with the Digital Performance team to plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
Develop themed campaigns and promotional themes aligned with seasonal trends and company offerings.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Collaborate with the creative team, content writers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and innovations to keep EU Holidays ahead in the competitive landscape.
Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign development.
Strong creative skills with an eye for design and content storytelling.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Passion for travel and the tourism industry is a plus.
