Job Description

• Manage loyalty marketing initiatives and team, leveraging data, insights, and system capabilities to drive traffic, sales conversion, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Japan HQ to plan and execute enhancements and maintenance for the regional website.
• Utilize Google Analytics to generate data-driven insights for the customer journey and develop strategies accordingly.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve Google ranking for selected keywords, working closely with team members.
• Analyze maintenance and system bottlenecks, propose improvements for system requirements, and automate workflows to reduce maintenance workload and improve page speed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and optimize loyalty and marketing systems, as well as targeting and retargeting journeys.
• Work with regional sales offices to develop digital marketing plans aligned with media and audience performance and adjust campaigns based on post-campaign results and onsite metrics.
• Test new digital platforms in the market to maximize opportunities for sales offices.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of loyalty and CRM experience in retail or agency, with hands-on experience in marketing technology and personalized communications.
• Proficiency in analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of SEO and SEM.
• Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
