Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to grow online presence and customer reach. Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring strong SEO and user experience. Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online channels. Create engaging content (social posts, blogs, newsletters, visuals, videos) to build brand awareness. Manage email marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to management with recommendations. Collaborate with management on marketing direction and business goals. Keep up-to-date with digital trends and recommend improvements.



Requirements

Education & Experience



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proven track record in SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Basic design/content skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. Independent, resourceful, and able to thrive in a small team environment. Good communication and copywriting skills. * Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
