Optimise and grow the marketing funnel, boosting inbound leads and overall acquisition
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across B2B channels
Optimise the customer journey through all marketing touchpoints
Build automation and engagement strategies for different audiences and in different lifecycle stages
Own the development of customer-facing marketing assets to support product storytelling and drive acquisition (e.g. product videos, blogs, email campaigns, product copy, support knowledge base articles, press releases, customer success stories, website copy, social channels etc)
Manage budget and performance for paid advertising channels
Manage and optimise the customer-referral program
Work with leadership to communicate campaign performance, determine budgets, set goals, define KPIs and ROI strategies to support quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a related B2B SaaS growth-specialist/marketing/inbound role
Deep understanding of SaaS product design and growth strategies
Deep understanding of digital customer journeys and how to leverage data and analysis to inform growth strategies
Proven track record of crafting compelling messaging and positioning, including the ability to communicate technical concepts
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
Exceptional ROI tracking skills, able to prove what is - or isn\xe2\x80\x99t - working
Strong copywriting skills (e.g. ad headlines, email subject lines)
Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and related tools
Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in a related field
