Responsibilities: Social Media Management Digital Advertising Community Management Website Email Marketing Customer Relationship Management PR Monthly Reporting Social Media Content and Management
  • Develop and execute a creative social media strategy focused on content creation, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Manage daily content planning, creation, and scheduling, as well as monitoring and responding to comments and messages
  • Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to develop and promote engaging and shareable content
Digital Advertising
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, PPC, and display advertising, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
  • Optimise ad targeting and placements to maximise ROI, while maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms
  • Monitor and analyse ad performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that effectively convey the restaurant\'s brand and promotions
Community Management
  • Engage with customers and followers across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
  • Foster a positive online community by promoting conversation and interaction among followers
  • Proactively address customer concerns, working closely with the operational teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Website
  • Oversee website content management and design, ensuring an optimised user experience and SEO
  • Regularly update website on Wordpress with new promotions, events, menu items, and relevant news
  • Collaborate with the design and development team to enhance website functionality and aesthetics
  • Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement
Email Marketing
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to boost customer retention, loyalty, and revenue
  • Segment and maintain email lists to ensure relevant content delivery to targeted audiences
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and engaging email templates
  • Monitor and analyse email performance metrics to optimise future campaigns and improve overall effectiveness
Customer Relationship Management
  • Regularly update our CRM system, Sevenrooms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Implement strategies to grow the database and improve customer segmentation
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the operational teams to enhance customer experience and retention
Monthly Reporting
  • Prepare and present monthly digital marketing performance reports, including insights on social media, website, email marketing and CRM
  • Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for achieving digital marketing goals
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and track OKRs for digital marketing activities
Who you are:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital, or social, with a background in either agency or brand-side roles
  • Expertise in creative content development that captivates and engages audiences
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in digital and social platforms, with a keen understanding of their intricacies
  • Strong copywriting skills and command of the English language, with the ability to craft and edit to a high level
  • Proven track record of effectively creating, executing and continually optimising successful campaigns across Social, Search, Display, and Performance marketing
  • Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion with enthusiasm and efficiency
  • A highly collaborative and motivated team player who excels at building and nurturing strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Technical expertise in Google Analytics, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, SendinBlue or similar), Sevenrooms CRM, PPC management, and SEO/SEM best practices, with a focus on driving performance and results
