Role & responsibilities

Digital marketing activities/ Social media

Strategize and drive local (SG) digital marketing activities as part of efforts to raise our profile as well as support engagement with partner clients

Include oversight/ maintenance of social media platforms and initiatives to boost utilisation of these

Work with the local team and other stakeholders (both external agencies and other internal parties) to ensure seamless integration of digital activities into overall marketing campaigns

Global /regional/local digital projects

Represent SG/ SEA for digital-related projects, which may include for example - initiatives related to analytics, email marketing tools etc

Digital platforms maintenance

Act as one of the webmasters to ensure timely and accurate upload of content and data

Supervise the performance for all digital platforms with a log to ensure issues are addressed and bugs are fixed

Take the lead to maintain regular updates of online fund fact sheet and other fund related information and collaterals

Others

Support production of marketing collaterals where applicable

Experience / Qualifications and Skills

• University degree holder with minimum 6 years\' relevant working experience, preferably gained from asset management, insurance, finance and banking, tech/social media companies or performance digital agencies

Experience in performance/digital marketing (SEM, Display, Social etc.)

Experience in handling data/ dealing with analytics

Knowledge of, and experience using content management and digital platforms such as Sitecore, Seismic, Marketo etc is a plus

Can-do attitude, willing to collaborate across functions and locations

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Network/contacts with digital marketing/media agencies an advantage

Success criteria

• Good stakeholder management skills - able to engage with both internal and external parties across functions

Understanding of the overall landscape of our business, and able to provide ideas that can help enhance the work of the Marketing team
