We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing or related role to join our work family and grow our brand together with us.

As part of the Marketing team Epitome, you will be responsible for managing all digital marketing efforts, including: campaign ideation, planning, buying, optimisation, analysis, insights, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the marketing and communication efforts of the brand to the market with the aim to grow brand awareness, drive traffic and revenue, improve conversion rates ,improve client retention and increase sales
  • Managing, implementing, tracking and optimising all our digital platforms (including website), communication channels to deliver a consistent experience to our customers
  • Plan the content calendar, create and develop digital strategies, creative campaigns, communications, materials and execution across multiple platforms that drive traffic and conversion
  • Analyse and assess the performance of all marketing efforts and engagement, and report regularly to management on results, progress and initiatives
  • Drive business objectives by implementing and optimising campaigns across all platforms globally, including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Set & monitor KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to ensure overarching company objectives are met and on track
  • Assign & ensure fulfilment of day to day team tasks
  • Execution of all Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Manage the planning and delivery of a range of performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram and Linkedin
  • Develop & refine marketing workflows & processes
  • Monitor and optimise all digital marketing campaigns to maximise engagement & overall ROI
  • Educate the organisation and develop new tactics to optimise digital marketing efforts
  • Control all daily, weekly, monthly, event-based and project-based digital marketing spends, across all digital platforms
  • Develop actionable plans to optimise & improve company\'s search engine discoverability and traffic
  • Ensure daily execution of SEO strategy & processes
  • Constantly strive to find new solutions & tools that can improve efficiency & effectiveness
  • Analyse all digital marketing efforts & key metrics
  • Report paid campaign results back to key stakeholders
  • Research & implement the latest developments in digital marketing strategy, emerging platforms, advertising innovation, and the competitive landscape
Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of & experience using various digital marketing platforms
  • 3-4 years experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, implementation, and optimisation (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Proven track record of effective budget management
  • Experience with analytics & insights
  • Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously
  • Experience in campaign management for social media community building, brand awareness and lead generation/customer acquisition
  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B marketing context is a plus
  • Strong attention to details, logical thinking & analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver in a performance-driven environment
  • Adept with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Degree or Diploma in related fields
