Job Description


The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable results to achieve business objectives for SingPost\xe2\x80\x99s products and services. The candidate will also be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our corporate website.

Digital and Performance Marketing

  • Design and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including Search, Social, Display, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan, implement and manage performance campaigns, including defining campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines.
  • To translate business objectives to paid media KPI that is executable and achievable in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and to provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs and insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and performance of our corporate website while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Own SEO strategies which includes website audit, content gap analysis, competitive analysis, on-page and off-page optimisation to improve organic search visibility, increase website traffic and enhance search engine rankings
  • Optimise all digital marketing channels and materials to achieve maximum ROI and to meet performance targets, such as maintaining brand presence, driving new user acquisition, generate leads, customer retention, etc.
  • Responsible for managing performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically across different campaigns and channels to maximise results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities and best practices in performance marketing. Implement insights gained to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience in performance-based marketing; experience in the eCommerce sector is preferred
  • Knowledge of online marketing and detailed understanding of paid digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising platforms
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in working with CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • Knowledge of web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience in managing external vendors and working with internal stakeholders to develop marketing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
