ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role is for a hands-on marketer who enjoys being analytical, has experience with launching digital campaigns in global markets, and has experience with landing page and ad optimization. They should also be strong in analytics, and can generate lead engagement on various digital channels.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

  • Lead the planning, setup, and execution of full funnel campaigns, focused mostly brand awareness, as well potentially supporting BOFU (bottom of funnel) conversion activities
  • Helping to define lead generation and thought leadership activation points
  • Oversee and run campaign budget spends, updating the strategy and
troubleshooting issues accordingly * Understand the complexities of campaign performance and evaluate growth to identify opportunity gaps.
  • Provide for new opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of digital marketing
  • A strong communicator and storyteller that is able to provide data driven insights, and work well with multiple stakeholders to provide feedback on our misses and wins.
  • Has worked with agencies before and can help guide strategy and execution.
  • Have a strong sense of what creatives work for each part of the funnel, and co-own messaging with the head of marketing
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with experience with Linkedin, Paid Social and Paid Search.
  • Strong proficiency with reporting and analytical tools, especially Google AdWords,
AdWords Editor and Google Analytics. * Very familiar with knowing how to persona mapping, audience targeting and segmentation
  • Have had experience implementing or working with an agency to track the right pages and report results based on success metrics
  • You must have a strong, analytical, and data-driven background, including direct experience with marketing analytics or digital performance marketing.
  • Dependable and independent lead who is data-driven and results oriented
  • You have a strong aptitude for analyzing data and campaigns, enjoy experimentation, creative ideas to drive success, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation is a strong plus, particularly if you have worked with sales teams, segmentation and niche audiences
