across paid mediaLead, conceptualize and run the execution of digital marketing ad campaigns across various ad networks and platforms * Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and adoptionConduct keyword and audience research to identify relevant target segments for campaignsPerform A/B testing and implement strategies to continuously optimize performance and user acquisition

• Generate regular reports to measure campaign performance and areas for improvement
• Analyze data and optimize campaign budgets, CPI, CAC and other key performance metrics
• Lead SEO and SEM and analyze performance metrics to formulate effective SEO strategies
• Devise optimization strategies to enhance search engine results and rankings.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in growth and performance marketing\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b
• An appetite to experiment and use non-traditional marketing tactics, backed up by testing measurable and scalable programs that you\'ll optimize and launch based on learnings
• Proven track record of delivering results & driving user acquisition
• Project management, prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development
• A self-starter with ability to work with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional project & time management skills
• Strong execution, communication & strategic thinking skills, business savvy and an opportunity seeker
• Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound business judgment
