Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Optimize spending across channels (PPC, social ads, content), ensuring the best ROI.
Improve user experience across platforms (websites, apps, social media) to increase conversions and customer lifetime value.
Monitor competitors and market trends, and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
Build and manage a team of digital marketers, provide training, and stay on top of new trends.
Requirements:

+ years in digital marketing, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments. Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content, and paid marketing. Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with sales, product, and development.
Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot) are a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
