We are now hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to support our performance marketing and SEO efforts with a strong focus on crypto user acquisition.

Role Summary

As a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our paid advertising campaigns, SEO strategy, and user acquisition funnel--from downloads and signups to first-time deposits (FTD) and first-time trades (FTT). You'll play a key role in scaling our user base through data-driven performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, Twitter/X, programmatic platforms, crypto-native ad networks, and influencer/affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Advertising

Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter/X, TikTok, Reddit, Display Networks, and crypto ad networks (e.g., Coinzilla, Bitmedia). Manage user acquisition campaigns with a focus on cost-efficiency and conversion metrics (CAC, CPI, FTD, FTT, ROAS). Launch geo-targeted campaigns to drive high-quality downloads and onboard new traders from targeted regions. Develop ad creatives, A/B test landing pages, and adjust ad copy to improve CTR, install rate, and conversion.

SEO & Content Strategy

Drive organic growth through SEO strategies including keyword research, technical SEO audits, content optimization, and backlink acquisition. Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website and blog. Monitor and report on SEO rankings, organic traffic growth, and domain authority improvements.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

Track full-funnel user journeys from ad click to FTD and FTT using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, AppsFlyer, or similar. Monitor KPIs including CPI, CPA, FTD rate, conversion rate, retention rate, and LTV to guide optimization efforts. Produce performance reports and actionable insights for senior management.

Growth Hacking & Experimentation

Identify new channels and growth hacks (e.g., influencer ads, affiliate marketing, referral programs, media buying) to scale acquisition efforts. Collaborate with product and design teams to improve onboarding funnels and optimize conversion points. Explore crypto-specific channels such as Telegram communities, Discord, and Web3 media platforms.
