Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to improve our digital presence across Wearnes\' brands
Identify gaps and opportunities to demonstrate pro-active and continuous improvement in ways of working and development digital presence
Work with internal stakeholders to execute, optimize and drive performance of promotional email marketing campaigns for target segments, including template building, performance tracking, data analysis and metrics optimization
Be the custodian for an in-house CRM system; provides training to user, manage enquiries/requests, liaise with external vendor and provide monthly update on key performance
Be up-to-date with the latest in digital marketing trends and technologies, provide recommendations to the business for opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
Minimum Degree qualifications with 2 years in digital marketing with sound knowledge of performance marketing experience and web & mobile analytics tools
Result-oriented problem solver, keen to work in a transformative team
A self-starter, resourceful, proactive and hands-on approach
Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
