Work with Business Partners to develop digital platforms (Website, Social media etc.), based on End-User/Customer Centric (UX) mindset and understanding of Distributor/Dealer operations.
Support User Requirements gathering and conduct User acceptance testing on new products and ensure all testing is completed and issues are resolved on time.
Analyze and monitor performance regularly using appropriate tracking and analytical tools such as Google Analytics-GA4, Social Analytic.
Monthly evaluation of regional KPls to report to Management (ie. Digital platform performance - Traffic, Leads generation, Paid Media evaluation etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams: Product, Brand, Digital and PR for seamless execution of all projects.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing/ Business/ IT/ Data Analytics/ Project Management.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of Digital Marketing experience specifically in Project Management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Competency in digital capabilities/ digital technology/ data analytics skills.
Data analysis skills in GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
Able to lead a team well and motivational.
