Role Overview

We seek a self-disciplined Digital Marketing Specialist who specializes in inbound marketing strategies, with a primary focus on lead generation and conversion optimization. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work and can independently drive digital marketing initiatives across our portfolio of companies and client projects, with particular emphasis on SEO excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Create and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, build nurturing workflows, A/B test conversion funnels
SEO Specialist:
Implement SEO strategies for company websites + Skubbs clients, keyword research, content optimization, technical audits
Analytics:
Track performance metrics, create reports, optimize campaigns based on data
Client Support:
Support SEO for Skubbs' client portfolio, provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years digital marketing experience with focus on lead generation
Expert-level SEO knowledge (technical, on-page, link building)
Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
Personal Attributes:
Self-disciplined with excellent time management
Takes pride in work quality and attention to detail
Results-oriented with data-driven approach
Strong English communication for remote collaboration
Malaysian resident (JB preferred)
