Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our grocery retail and trading services.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, etc.) and create engaging content.
Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive online and offline store traffic.
Optimise website and online listings for SEO to improve search visibility.
Design and schedule promotional posts, newsletters, and campaigns during festive seasons or product launches.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Search Console.
Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Stay updated on digital trends and propose innovative marketing ideas suited for the retail and grocery sector.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least
5 years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver within deadlines.
