Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to manage our online marketing campaigns and enhance our digital footprint. You will be responsible for executing data-driven strategies that increase web traffic, improve conversion rates, and elevate brand awareness across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as

Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Develop and implement

SEO and SEM strategies

to improve organic search rankings and reduce acquisition costs Track and analyse website traffic, user engagement and campaign performance using analytics tools Create and manage

email marketing campaigns

, including A/B testing, audience segmentation and performance reporting using tools like

HubSpot or Mailchimp

Collaborate with content creators to align digital campaigns with brand messaging and target audience Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates and best practices

Requirements

1-3 years

of experience in digital marketing and opportunities to grow

digital marketing expertise

Use of leading tools like

GA4, SEMrush, Google Ads, HubSpot and Meta Ads Manager

Hands-on experience across

SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, email marketing

and performance analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make informed decisions Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
