We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently have offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who is eager to grow their skills in digital marketing with a strong focus on sales and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities


Plan and run digital marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement Manage advertising on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads Create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, website, to attract potential candidates and employers Manage and actively interact with the audience across platforms Support the sales team by generating quality leads through digital channels Communicate with clients and internal teams to align marketing strategies with goals Stay updated on digital marketing trends and sales techniques
Requirements / Qualifications


Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome) Basic understanding or interest in sales and marketing principles Good written and verbal communication skills in English Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
