Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, Google/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok ads)
Ideate, shoot, and edit videos for product highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and customer stories
Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to increase reach and brand awareness
Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers
Monitor analytics to track campaign and video performance, adjusting strategies for stronger ROI
Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
1-3 years of digital marketing experience with proven video shooting and editing skills
Proficiency in video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
Good storytelling and copywriting skills
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and paid ads is a plus
