We are realtors seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual who can create high-converting websites and landing pages, execute advanced SEO strategies to rank pages on Google, and run effective Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Landing Page Development
Design and build responsive, high-converting websites and landing pages optimised for lead generation.
Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion pixels) to measure performance.
Ensure fast loading speeds, mobile optimisation, and user-friendly navigation.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO & Ranking)
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify ranking opportunities.
Perform SEO audits and fix technical issues (site speed, schema markup, internal linking, crawlability).
Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies (content optimisation, metadata, headings, keyword placement).
Execute off-page SEO (link building, outreach, guest posting, authority building).
Monitor rankings using tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and create strategies to rank on page 1.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
Google Ads (SEM/PPC)
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Optimise campaigns for conversions and ROI through A/B testing and bid adjustments.
Create compelling ad copy aligned with SEO and landing page messaging.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Generate regular SEO and ad performance reports.
Continuously test and optimise for higher visibility and conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience in ranking websites and landing pages on Google.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
Experience building backlink strategies and improving domain authority.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Ability to deliver measurable ranking improvements and ROI.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with local SEO (Google My Business optimisation, map pack rankings).
Knowledge of content marketing & copywriting for SEO.
Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
Graphic design or CRO experience (Figma, Canva, Adobe).
