Your New Role
The Operations Coordinator role is a junior/graduate position that supports experienced operational specialists within the region. The role provides assistance with sales requests submitted via the specialists for specific Ad Sales teams, focusing on the administrative side of the department. Responsibilities include avails lookups, plan checks, creative QA testing, bookings, trafficking, reporting, and general administrative support.
This role is inward-facing, supporting operations within the APAC region to maximize departmental efficiency and assist specialists in meeting all expectations for campaign delivery.
Your Role Accountabilities
Support Sales with proposals, avail checks, and advice on formats
Book, traffic, and manage digital ad campaigns
Capture screengrabs for sales/clients at campaign launch
Prepare weekly, ad hoc, and post-campaign reports
Provide feedback and advice on optimizations to achieve campaign KPIs
Test creatives, ensuring new assets meet CNN's technical specifications
Troubleshoot issues related to banner creatives, custom executions, under/over-delivery, order management, and implementation
Ensure campaign billing, rep commissions, and vendor payments are accurate; coordinate with Finance for processing and amendments where required
Provide general support to operations specialists and, in turn, sales teams across the region
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Positive, service-oriented attitude
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Effective spoken and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Excel is a must
Self-starter, capable of working independently as well as in a team
Nice to have:
Knowledge/experience with ad-serving, web page composition, and analytical tools
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Eagerness to learn about all parts of the digital advertising industry
