This role is being sourced on behalf of SupportNinja, which has recently merged with Bolton.SupportNinja is looking for Digital Photo Assistant with experience in basic photo editing and knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop.Job HighlightsShift: 8AM-5PM

Available to start ASAPWhat you will do:

• Improves the customer experience by answering account-related questions and by assisting teammates with concerns
• Prepare newly scanned photos for editing once the scanning process is complete: Rotate, crop, create folders, and rename files.
• Enhance the quality of scanned photos: Dust removal, Contrast adjustment. Color correction.
• Strong team members may advance to advanced retouching and restoration as well
• Takes Customer Support Calls as necessary; Generates monthly and quarterly reports
• Provides solutions to any relative problems of clients.
• Quality check scanned archives.
• Perform organizing on both scanned and natively digital photo archives.
• Face tagging, Topic tagging, Decluttering, and Highlighting

Who you are:

• Has at least 1 year related experience - Basic photo editing
• Has advance knowledge in accounting tools & G Suite/Microsoft Excel
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Knowledgeable with working in Windows Based computers
• Knowledgeable in basic photo editing software
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
• Has effective communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization
• Familiar with accounting systems and practices
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem solver

Good to have:

• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop
• Fresh Graduates are acceptable; industrial design, advertising, com-sci, fine arts.
