Join our dynamic team as a Digital Product Design (UI/UX) Intern, where you will have opportunities to work on projects that create meaningful impact in our organization.As a Digital Product Design (UX/UI) Intern, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of a digital product such as Web, Reporting Analytics Dashboard or Enterprise Solutions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with a world class team of product managers, engineers, brand partners and other digital product designers, to fully design, develop and validate your ideas in a fun, agile environment.If this sounds exciting to you, read on!The successful candidate must have exceptional problem solving and design thinking skills, solid ability to advocate for users through design, and collaborating with technology and research teams. We are looking for a proven ability to think through every phase of design, the ability to influence and advocate for their work and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous products that will be industry defining.What we offerOur internship program allows you to gain practical hands-on experience with industry leading tools and technologies from Day 1. You will be assigned projects to focus on and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with passionate cross-functional teams, all while receiving both formal trainings and day-to-day mentoring from our IT professionals.Job QualificationsQualifications

• Able to commit to a full time internship, minimally 4 months from July 2024 onwards
• Graduating between Dec 2024-Jul 2025.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Digital Design, Computer science, data analytics, UI/UX Design, Interactive Design, Communication Design, New Media Design, Digital Advertising Design or related fields
• Portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure and video editing is a plus
• Have proven examples of past creative ideations or project based creative thinking
• Have a strong ability to explain creative ideas and rationale behind the direction of your work
