Job Description

We are looking for the below listed job requirements;


1. Lead and manage end-to-end business analysis for banking payment systems across Corporate and Retail Banking, ensuring seamless integration with Core Banking Systems and digital channels.


2. Drive the implementation and optimization of payment solutions including RTGS, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Cross-Border Remittances, GIRO, Faster Payments, and other real-time and batch processing systems.


3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a Scrum Master and Squad Lead, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of product features using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.


4. Design, document, and validate functional requirements for payment flows including initiation, GL entries, payroll, file uploads, and reconciliation processes.


5. Work hands-on with leading banking products such as Finacle, FlexCube, BaNCS, Finastra Payments Engine, and related platforms, ensuring high-performance system configurations and implementations.


6. Utilize strong technical expertise in Oracle, MSSQL, APIs, and SOA architecture to support business needs and contribute to scalable, secure digital banking solutions.





Preferred Qualifications:


MBA (Finance), MCA, and Bachelor of Commerce Certified Scrum Master Strong understanding of banking APIs, open banking, and modern payment tech stacks * Experience in delivering digital solutions for retail, corporate, and cash management channels
